Expert in cultural policies and cultural manager with more than two decades worth of experience in public and private cultural institutions and organisations. Tony holds a degree in Philosophy, a diploma in Cultural Policies, a master’s degree in Cultural Management and a diploma in Advanced Studies in Cultural Law.

 Expert in Cultural Economy. Sendy holds a Doctor’s Degree in Communications and Cultural Economy.

Fernando is a cultural manager and holds a degree in Information Sciences.
